Technacy as a supporting company at TechTalent

On October 2, 2025, we participated at TechTalent!- Meet the companies that innovate, the event organized by the Ravenna Employment Center at Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste, Piazza Kennedy 12 in Ravenna.

ITS Tourism and Wellness invited us to participate as a supporting company thanks to the collaboration we had started in the previous months. We hosted Anita, an ITS student, for her internship in the Marketing and Communication Department. The experience with Anita was a positive experience that allowed us to learn more about the ITS training model and the preparation that these programs provide to students.

TechTalent! was designed to connect young people interested in technical training programs with local companies. During the morning, the Emilia-Romagna Region's ITS and IFTS courses starting in the fall were presented, along with the experiences of companies that have already collaborated with these institutions. Each company had a booth to engage with interested students and collect potential applications.

Participating as an accompanying company gave us the opportunity to share our direct experience with ITS internships and meet young people interested in training paths in our field. ITS and IFTS courses have very high job placement rates, and our experience with Anita gave us first-hand insight into the quality of preparation these students receive. The event represented a meeting point between the world of education and the world of work, allowing us to show how a collaboration that begins with an internship can evolve into something more structured.
