When Innovation Grows through Collaboration: the Partnership between Technacy and DMA
At Technacy, we believe that innovation is never a solitary journey. It is the result of skills that come together and relationships that create value over time.
It is with this mindset that we are pleased to introduce DMA, a Cesena-based company with a young, passionate and highly competent team which has been part of our Partner Network for several months now.
With over ten years of experience, DMA is is a trusted player in improving the Customer Experience of B2B companies through technology. Specializing in software development and CRM solutions, DMA supports companies in designing and managing complex business ecosystems, always putting people and processes at the center.
As a HubSpot Diamond Partner, DMA connects people, tools and processes, by enabling seamless communication between business platforms. The company guides organizations in building advanced, scalable and high value-added digital ecosystems where Marketing, Sales and Service work in synergy, empowering one another and generating greater efficiency, business continuity and measurable performance.
From the very beginning, collaborating with the DMA Team felt natural. For us, DMA is not just a supplier, but a partner with whom we are building a shared journey focused on innovation, ability to anticipate challenges and create concrete opportunities for businesses, people and the territory. Francesco Fabbri, CEO of DMA, fully shares our vision, as he explains here:
What was the first project that brought us together?
The renewal of our website. With the support of DMA, we implemented HubSpot, a platform that allowed us not only to redesign the Technacy website, but also to manage communication, marketing and customer experience in an integrated way. A journey that required a shared vision, ongoing dialogue and the ability to identify together the most effective solutions together.
This partnership is especially meaningful because it aligns perfectly with our approach to Open Innovation. For us, innovation does not only mean new technologies: it is about creating value for the local community, supporting local culture, sports associations, and initiatives that generate a positive impact.
Our collaboration with DMA is part of a growing network, made up of entities that share the desire to make a difference through collaboration and knowledge sharing, as told by our CEO Vittorio Foschi:
In the coming months we will share the projects we have carried out together—complex initiatives that combine technology, strategy, and creativity.
