A unique place, made even more special by its location, close to the sea, just beyond the Cervia Pine Forest

Here, on the site of the former Colonia Paradies, our regeneration project will not only establish Technacy’s new headquarters, but also create an open space that connects businesses, institutions, the territory and people, creating a new model of local growth.

Our goal is to establish a new work culture one that values entrepreneurship, education and wellbeing, aiming to improve quality of life.
