Customer Delivery & Support Specialist
Cervia - Hybrid
The candidate will be responsible for the technical and functional delivery of solutions to customers, ensuring that they are implemented correctly, on time and according to requirements. He/she will also support post-delivery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Operational management of productdelivery to new customers, ensuring quality service times.

Proactive management of customer requests and tracking on company systems to ensure timeliness and business continuity

Updating operational documentation

Coordinating with other internal departments to oversee the progress of delivery activities and resolve any critical issues

Post-delivery customersupport in collaboration with the customer care department

Continuous improvement of the delivery process
- Knowledge ofproject management tools: Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) - Asana, Trello
- Excellent knowledge ofItalian; good written and oral proficiency inEnglish; knowledge ofSpanish also appreciated
- Excellentdigital skills with mastery in the use of IT tools and digital platforms
- Professional writing and document management skills
- Experience withcustomer service tools ( e.g., CRM, ticketing, live chat)
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Accuracy and method: aptitude for following standardized procedures with attention to detail, ensuring reliability and operational consistency.
- Effective communication: ability to express oneself clearly and professionally, both with clients and within the team, fostering transparent collaboration.
- Aptitude for support: quick handling of post-release requests.
