Enhancing the Netmon App Experience

The New Netmon App: a Smoother User Experience for an Evolving Service

Technacy is entering a new phase of growth and evolution.

We started out as a provider of solutions and services in mobile telecommunications, but today we are expanding our reach and strengthening the way we apply our technology. For us, growth also means improving what already works, making it more contemporary easier to use, and more aligned with the needs of the customers who have long relied on us.

For this reason, we are pleased to share with you the update of our Netmon App, created to facilitate the activities of enterprises that use our key solutions Netmon and Connectivity Control, web platforms for controlling, securing, and monitoring the data traffic usage of the corporate SIM cards.

What’s new in the Netmon App

The App continues to offer the same core tools for the enterprise and its employees. What’s changed is how those tools are presented.

We've focused on the user experience, making everything clearer, smoother, and more intuitive. Our goal was simple: to help people who use the App every day access information faster and more easily.

With the Netmon App, users can:

• Verify the correct connection to the shared or private APN (Access Point Name)
• Configure the APN independently with the right level of support
• Monitor data traffic usage

These features were already in place, but now they are more accessible, immediate and pleasant to use.

This update is one step in a broader renewal journey. Technacy is growing, evolving and looking at new complex projects, while staying true to what has always guided us: taking care of the services our Customers rely on every day.
