ConnectingPlace at the City Council for  final approval

We aim to combine innovation with respect for the urban and environmental character of our city

The regeneration and redevelopment project for the former Paradies Colony has reached a decisive moment: on Thursday, November 6, at 8 p.m., the City Council will review and vote on the proposal.

You can follow the live broadcast here.

We aim to transform these space into Technacy's new headquarter, but our vision goes further. We wont to create a dynamic ecosystem, open to the needs of the entire community. ConnectingPlace embodies this vision: a renewed former Paradies Colony that becomes a center of innovation and a shared meeting place.

The project includes sustainable regeneration in harmony with the building's history, flexible spaces for co-working and startups, and a cultural hub for events and aggregation. Through an Open Innovation we will ingage businesses, associations and local organizations, bringing new value to a heritage that belongs to everyone.

I am very pleased that our project is scheduled for the November 6 City Council meeting. It is another positive step that makes me hopeful for its actual implementation — a project that will involve not only Technacy’s future headquarters, but also initiatives that will benefit the entire Cervia community.
